• Create Engaging Video Content: Develop, film, and edit high-quality, on-brand short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You’ll be the face of our content. • Stay on Top of Trends: Keep a pulse on TikTok, Instagram, and industry trends to create content that is fresh, relevant, and engaging. • Bring Big Ideas: Pitch and execute creative, strategic content ideas. • Get Out and Film: Travel to salons, barbershops, and beauty professionals to capture real-world content. • Edit Like a Pro: Handle your own video editing ensuring videos are polished and optimized. • Optimize for Performance: Use platform best practices to drive engagement and growth. • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals. • Track & Iterate: Analyze content performance and improve future videos.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or video production • Portfolio of past TikTok and Instagram Reels content • Experience working in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus • Knowledge of social media analytics and experience using insights to optimize content
