• We are transforming how organizations create social impact. • As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer supporting our Government Enterprise team, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward. • We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our team. • Your ability to navigate technical challenges and communicate effectively will ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving impactful results. • Partner with customers and stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with their technical and strategic goals. • Lead technical discovery, deliver compelling demos, build proofs of concept, and drive technical evaluations. • Design tailored solutions that demonstrate the transformative potential of our Grants Management and Employee Engagement products. • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic, scalable solutions. • Develop and refine tools, processes, and collateral to advance our Solutions Engineering capabilities and improve scalability. • Represent Submittable in external engagements to highlight our mission.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in a solutions engineering or consulting role in SaaS environments (enterprise business software, grants management, government enterprise software, or similar), focusing on customer impact. • Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON) and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms. • A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in pre-sales contexts. • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments. • Creativity and persistence in developing scalable, innovative solutions. • A commitment to using technology as a tool for positive social impact. • Exceptional skills in presenting, writing, and explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and partnership with clients and internal teams.
