• ABOUT SUCCESS TUTORING: Born in Sydney, Australia, Success Tutoring is one of the world’s fastest-growing education franchise networks, providing personalised tutoring programs in English and Math for students aged 5-17. • We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote UK franchise recruitment team. • You’ll be the first point of contact for franchise inquiries in the UK, responsible for qualifying leads and booking appointments for our Franchise Sales Managers. • This is a remote, casual role with an uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone looking to make a real impact and earn significant commissions.
🎯 Requirements
• Sales Experience: You have experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales, ideally in franchise recruitment, education, or B2B sales. • Communication Skills: You are confident on the phone and can build rapport quickly with people from all walks of life. • Organisational Skills: You can manage multiple leads at different stages of the pipeline and prioritise tasks efficiently. • Self-Motivation: You thrive in a remote working environment and are target-driven with a strong desire to succeed. • Understanding of the UK Market: Knowledge of UK business culture and local education trends is a plus.
