Description

• Design and produce assets for internal brands, including social media posts, blog posts, motion graphics, and product launches. • Develop storyboards and execute motion design for video content to support our GTM strategy. • Help shape and grow our visual identity through ongoing marketing/brand initiatives. • Collaborate with various teams to create engaging visual content that enhances messaging and resonates with our audience. • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements

• Have a strong grasp of brand, color theory/typography and can seamlessly integrate them into brand assets. • Have a solid understanding of animation, kinetic type and can make flat graphics sizzle. • Are highly skilled in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator). • Have an eye for detail, especially when it comes to motion design and storytelling through visuals. • Are excited to be the first brand design hire at Succinct, with the opportunity to significantly influence the company’s visual identity. • Are able to handle multiple projects at once, balancing creativity with production efficiency. • Have a strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design skills across mediums (brand, motion design, web design, social media assets, etc.). • Have experience building a notable brand in fintech or crypto. • Have a strong understanding of web design, UX/UI and motion. • Have extensive knowledge of crypto/ZK.
