• Lead engaging and impactful Agile and Scrum training sessions for professionals at various levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. • Create and continually improve training materials, modules, and resources to meet the evolving needs of Agile practitioners and ensure alignment with certification standards. • Ensure all training sessions are delivered to high standards, providing valuable, practical knowledge that aligns with industry best practices. • Mentor and guide a team of Agile trainers, fostering a collaborative learning environment and providing ongoing coaching to improve their instructional skills. • Gather and analyze participant feedback, leveraging insights to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Agile methodologies to bring cutting-edge knowledge to the classroom.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience as an Agile Trainer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach with a strong portfolio of training delivery. • In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and Agile certification processes. • Advanced Agile certifications. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and inspire learners. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional experience in curriculum design or training management is a plus.
