• Handle incident responses and support requests submitted via email or our portal • Provide Tier 2 customer support across web and mobile applications • Troubleshoot issues related to production databases, configuration, and coding • Maintain and improve our knowledge base by creating and updating documentation • Identify themes and opportunities for product improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing tickets from end to end • Experience working cross-functionally to resolve complex technical issues • Experience using relational databases such as MongoDB • Experience working on a Tier 2 IT help desk or in a similar technical function • Proactive and demonstrate a high level of accountability and ownership
