📋 Description
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. • Develop and implement statistical models to deliver in depth market research and insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, ensuring their accuracy and reliability. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and incorporate them into our practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or any related field • Prior experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar business focused role • Strong experience in SQL is essential, with preference for candidates experienced in Python and Django. • Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus, as many data engineers possess these skills. • Experience with paid advertising, sales and pricing, e-commerce, or supply chain is strongly preferred. • Extensive experience working with data manipulation and analysis tools. • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. • Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies, including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and Fabric/Synapse. • Tableau or Power BI experience is a nice-to-have. • Any experience in backend engineering or scripting is also a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex tasks. • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Availability to work in the Pacific Time Zone.
