Description
• Responsible for overseeing the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) programs. • Focus on building and maintaining excellence, making the programs a competitive advantage for the Company. • Help sustain a strong risk culture within the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent • 10 years of experience working in a risk management or internal audit role at a large company • 5 years of experience managing professional staff • Professional risk-related certification such as CERP, CRCM, CIA or CRMP • Good negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflict between teams/individuals • Excellent critical and strategic thinker with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at the highest levels of the organization. • Must be bondable
