Description
• Take ownership of customer issues and run diagnosis on technical problems • Perform on-site installation, maintenance and upgrade tasks • Support project managers during commissioning and site acceptance • Follow operational as well as health and safety procedures as defined by regulations • Ensure up-to-date documentation for existing and upcoming service contracts
Requirements
• English and Swedish at least C1 • Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background • Readiness to work on call duty • Willingness to travel across Sweden • Experience working with batteries / energy storage systems or inverters (optional) • Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are optional • Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe • Understanding of solar energy products (PV, ESS and EV)
