• Management and development of energy management products and solutions alongside of the entire product lifecycle with continuous improvement. • Continuous monitoring and assessment of the market environment, competitors, regulatory framework, and development of action recommendations. • Interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and technological trends and translate them into innovative product solutions. • Conducting product training and presentations for internal stakeholders and external customers or partners. • Close collaboration with sales and marketing in the development of marketing materials and sales strategies. • Close collaboration with Sungrow’s global product management team to exchange synergies and best practices. • Preparation of technical product documentation and maintenance.
• Completed degree in engineering, energy technology, economics, or a comparable qualification. • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in energy management systems and renewable energies. • In-depth knowledge of energy management systems, sector coupling and residential PV solutions. • Attention to details. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently in an international and dynamic environment. • Proactive person and working style with willingness to learn and drive clean energy. • Language package: English C1 – German is big plus.
