Description

• Seeking a skilled Remote Support Engineer for operations and maintenance activities. • Provide first-level support for O&M issues and manage GSP system tickets. • Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance with the service team. • Identify problems, develop corrective action plans, and manage progress. • Monitor and manage the stock of spare parts and units on-site. • Follow and develop local Health and Safety regulations for site activities. • Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with solid knowledge of ACDC, Low/Medium Voltage systems. • Familiarity with PV inverters is a plus. • Proficiency in Hebrew and English, at least at a C1 level. • Proven experience in managing critical customer situations. • Open to traveling as needed.
