Description
• Apply data and analytics to improve business outcomes across Health and Risk Solutions organization • Serve as a link between technical teams and business units to promote data-driven decision-making • Collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges that analytics can resolve • Facilitate and contribute to AI/ML initiatives • Manage ongoing monitoring and performance tracking of models in production • Communicate complex technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders • Comfort working with numbers and data analysis tools (SQL, Python) • Understanding of AI and analytics models • Excellent project management skills • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, data science, or other analytical or quantitative disciplines • 2+ years of related experience • Proven experience in health insurance industry, preferably in underwriting, claim management, and distribution • Master’s Degree preferred
