Description

• Lead, manage, hire, train, and motivate a team of Quality Assurance Consultants • Provide coaching and growth opportunities to Quality Assurance Consultants • Monitor results against department goals and metrics • Collaborate with Claims leaders to address common themes • Deliver reports identifying trends in QA data • Support the audit team and maintain the integrity of the QA process • Ensure quality assurance reviews are accurate and fair • Communicate effectively and negotiate conflict

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive claims experience • Advanced knowledge of Disability, Life/Life Waiver and Absence claims • Demonstrated leadership qualities • Experience with paid family medical leave, ADA/ADAAA, and company leaves • College Degree preferred • Ability to obtain appropriate TPA licenses • Current working knowledge of federal and state leave regulations • Excellent analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Adaptability to manage change • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
