Requirements

• Ability to work with a diverse range of people • 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing data science techniques • BS/MS in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field (e.g., computer science) • Healthcare Claims data or health insurance experience preferred • Proficiency with one or more statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Tableau) • Strong knowledge of data science including GenAI (LLM/API integrations), conditioning, modeling, visualization • Strong knowledge of the fundamental statistical and AI underpinnings of data science • Expertise in data munging, transformation, and featurization • Commitment to data compliance, model governance and security protocols • Strong business acumen • Strong communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
