• A skilled and experienced project manager with a deep understanding of manufacturing and automation. • A proactive communicator who excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and customers. • Passionate about customer success, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. • Capacity to work with multidisciplinary teams including AI, mechanical, electrical and other engineers to develop complex robotic systems. • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment. • Insatiably curious and open minded. • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, with the ability to swiftly assess the suitability of workstations for automation integration. • Experience with deploying Robotic solutions. • Proven experience in project management, particularly within the manufacturing or automation industries. • Familiarity with automation technologies and a strong aptitude for quickly gathering and interpreting technical requirements. • Proficiency in reading and understanding CAD drawings, with an emphasis on identifying integration opportunities for robotic systems. • Strong ability to build and maintain customer rapport, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
