Description

• Develop and maintain Super.com’s corporate accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP • Prepare technical accounting memos for complex transactions • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders by reviewing new business initiatives • Prepare consolidated financial statements with accompanying note disclosures • Liaise with external auditors on accounting and financial reporting policy issues • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging accounting standards • Assist with investor reporting deliverables and implementation of financial reporting software • Support month-end close activities by reviewing significant accounting estimates

Requirements

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a financial reporting, technical accounting or accounting policy-related position • Public accounting experience is required • Strong technical background in U.S. GAAP • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to partner with various functions • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Excel to create reports, models and automate processes • Experience with ERP systems like Netsuite, and BI tools like Looker
