Description

• Superblocks is building the future of software development with an AI-native experience for visual building and code generation. • We’re looking for senior engineers to architect the next-generation execution, deployment, governance, and auditing layer for AI applications and workflows. • Design and develop robust environments for application development, including an AI governance framework, a low-latency API execution engine, and scalable pipelines for audit and observability. • Implement scalable, robust architectures supporting multi-tenancy and hybrid on-premise deployments. • Build strong connections by working directly with customers and design partners, gathering insights and feedback to drive the development of new features and enhance the platform's capabilities. • Strategize with the product team to shape the future roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering with expertise in scalable system design and architecture • A strong product instinct focused on delivering incredible user experiences to customers coupled with the ability to think strategically about the future to address market opportunities and customer needs. • A winning mindset, you excel in fast-moving environments and are adept at starting and growing projects. You have a knack for tackling new challenges, finding innovative solutions, being unafraid of setbacks, and working collaboratively to achieve results.
