• We are a cutting-edge DeFi automation and social trading platform revolutionizing how users, builders, and protocols interact with crypto. • As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving strategic collaborations that accelerate our trading volume, user growth, and market positioning. • You will identify, develop, and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners, including top DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, blockchain networks, trading platforms, DAOs, and key influencers within Web3. • Your work will directly contribute to increasing trading volume, expanding user acquisition, and enhancing our brand authority within the Web3 industry.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain trading infrastructure. • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and layer 1 & 2 solutions. • Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close high-impact strategic partnerships that drive growth. • A strong network with key players in the blockchain space, including founders, trading communities, liquidity providers, and investment DAOs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Passion for decentralized technologies, crypto trading, and the future of Web3.
