📋 Description
• Superduper is a global web3 entertainment company reimagining how experiences are created and shared online. • We develop and scale rich, original IP into compelling franchises — building everything from immersive products and games to multimedia experiences. • We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to take a leading role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across multiple touchpoints. • In this position, you will be responsible for crafting distinctive brand systems, storytelling-driven visuals, and high-impact creative assets that drive recognition and engagement. • This is a highly hands-on role, requiring both strategic thinking and executional excellence.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in brand design, identity creation, and visual storytelling, ideally in a creative agency, branding studio, or tech-driven company. • A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, and multi-platform design execution in consumer and tech related brands. • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects) or 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus. • Deep understanding of brand strategy, typography, color theory, and composition. • Experience designing for both digital and physical touchpoints, including web, social, print, and motion. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment, juggling multiple brands and projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. • A constant desire to be recognised for your work and strive for top industry awards. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain principles is not required — this can be learnt. • A genuine desire to add to the design world and establish Superduper as a design leader in the world of Web3
