• Who are we? Superduper is a global web3 entertainment company reimagining how experiences are created and shared online. • As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence, responsible for crafting visually impactful and highly functional website experiences, digital interfaces, and digital assets. • You will work closely with the Director of Design and Lead Product Designer to set the design direction for all digital projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation. • Initially, you will lead the full spectrum of digital design tasks, establishing the foundation for a scalable design process as our studio grows. • Your leadership will be crucial in shaping our digital design capabilities and mentoring a team of designers in the future. • Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution and ensure that all digital touchpoints provide a seamless and engaging user experience. • Create visually striking and technically sound website designs and work closely with developers to ensure that design concepts are accurately implemented. • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products. • Employ a user-centred design approach, using research, data, and testing to inform design decisions and create user experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. • Be a leader in digital design trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and approaches into our design process. • Conduct thorough quality checks on all digital designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and brand alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in digital, UI, and website design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. Previous experience in a senior or lead design role is highly preferred. • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and understanding of front-end design principles. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and the ability to work closely with developers is essential. • Creative Vision: A deep passion for digital design with the ability to create innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional digital products that stand out. • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every element of the design is carefully crafted and aligned with the overall vision. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively to both internal teams and clients. • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity. • User-Centric Approach: Strong focus on creating user-centred designs that prioritise the needs and behaviours of the end-users, ensuring an intuitive and enjoyable user experience. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-impact digital, UI, and website designs, highlighting both visual and functional aspects. • A constant desire to be recognised for your work and strive for top industry awards. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Clear experience and understanding of web3 technologies and blockchain principles — this can be learnt. • A genuine desire to add to the design world and establish Superduper as a design leader in the world of Web3
