Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in Paid Media, with an emphasis on lead generation for healthcare β€’ 3+ years in team leadership, managing high-performance teams of up to 6 members β€’ Deep expertise across paid search and social advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms β€’ Proven success in analyzing campaign data to drive optimized results β€’ Skilled in keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization. β€’ Ability to translate data into clear, compelling strategies that resonate with clients. β€’ Equal parts competitive and curious, you’re constantly innovating.
