It's right now. •You'll be crafting videos for brands everyone knows, experimenting with formats that haven't been done before, and defining what actually works in a space where most brands are still figuring things out. •This isn't about posting random content and hoping it sticks. You'll be creating strategies that millions of people will see, working directly with some of the biggest names in the business. •What You'll Actually Be Doing •As our Short-Form Social Media Strategist, you'll: •Make Content People Actually Click On: Create those can't-scroll-past thumbnails, hooks that grab attention in the first second, titles that make people stop scrolling, and concepts that keep viewers watching to the end. •Build Content Plans That Work: Develop strategies for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok that actually drive engagement and growth. You'll write openings that hook viewers, create stories that keep them watching, and build content that people share. •Run Projects End-to-End: Take ideas from concept to finished product, work closely with our editors and creators, and use performance data to make everything better with each release. •Join our team and help shape what viral content looks like next.
