📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Superlanet is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst with specialized experience in Bones and Kaleidoscope to support our healthcare client in Texas. • This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and proven experience configuring Epic modules to support orthopedic and ophthalmology specialties. • Responsibilities include configuring, building, testing, and maintaining the Epic Ambulatory system with a focus on Bones and Kaleidoscope, collaborating with clinicians, gathering requirements, delivering solutions, providing support during go-lives, troubleshooting application issues, participating in project planning, and more.
🎯 Requirements
• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in the relevant core application is required. • Bachelor’s Degree in a health, science, or business-related field. • In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of related professional experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments will be considered. • At least 5 years of experience supporting Epic Ambulatory applications in a clinical setting. • Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, clinical informatics, data management, and application administration. • Proven success in information systems implementation, development, and support within a large-scale healthcare organization.
