📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Superlanet is seeking an Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. • This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epic PB workflows and a track record of successfully configuring and supporting billing solutions that drive revenue cycle efficiency. • Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) applications to support front-end and back-end revenue cycle processes. • Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders, billing teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement optimized billing workflows. • Support functionalities including charge entry, claim processing, remittance posting, workqueues, and reporting. • Troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely and effective resolution. • Participate in upgrades, testing cycles, go-lives, and ongoing system enhancements. • Document and maintain build specifications, configuration standards, and support protocols. • Ensure billing configurations support compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in Resolute Professional Billing (PB) is required. • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. • In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of relevant professional experience in healthcare billing or IT will be considered. • At least 4-5 years of experience supporting Epic Resolute PB in a healthcare environment. • Strong understanding of professional billing workflows, revenue cycle operations, and payer regulations. • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing billing systems within a complex health system or multi-specialty environment.
