🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in video production or post-production, with strong technical expertise and leadership experience. • Deep knowledge of AI tools used in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and creative workflows. • Track record of implementing AI-driven processes within cross-functional creative teams. • Confident communicator and team mentor, able to explain technical concepts clearly to creative and customer-facing stakeholders. • Creative problem-solver with the ability to turn complex challenges into scalable, innovative solutions. • Passion for AI and its role in transforming how creative work gets done. • Collaborative and empathetic leadership style with a bias for action. • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged. • Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on delivery and impact.
