📋 Description
• We’re seeking a purpose-driven and innovative Manager to lead a consulting team and advise our customers on implementing Generative AI. This role is fundamental to pushing our customer's creative capabilities into a new era. • As a high-growth scale-up that works remotely with brands like Meta, Amazon and Salesforce, we are uniquely positioned to transform the Generative AI capabilities of our customer portfolio of 450+ brands. • You will be part of our newly formed Generative AI function, managing a team of associates to ensure the successful transformation of our customers’ creative functions through the integration of Generative AI.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology. • 5+ years of experience in a consulting role in strategy consulting or technology consulting, ideally from an MBB firm with at least 2+ years in a project management/team leadership role. • Experience in implementing and managing generative AI systems in a creative context. • Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail. • A passion for generative AI and programmatic creation. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. • Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset.
