Description

• Understand deeply the full buyer and customer journey from the moment they engage with our content, talk with sales, onboard as a customer, all the way to considering renewal and expansion • Lead the day-to-day execution of lifecycle campaigns and experiments (email and in-product communications) and assess overall program performance, health, and effectiveness • Work closely with our top-of-funnel content team to optimize lead gen campaigns (e.g. ebooks, guides, webinars) for conversion and nurturing • Work closely with our bottom-of-funnel content team and customer success team to manage customer communications and marketing campaigns to drive retention and expansion opportunities • Work with the product team to experiment with in-product user experiences to drive retention, viral growth, and expansion such as in-app prompts, notifications and content • Leverage our performance marketing team to run targeted, buyer journey ads and conversion campaigns to drive leads and accounts through the funnel • Optimize our lead scoring system to ensure that high-value and intent leads are prioritized for our sales team • Contribute your own creative ideas on how to meet our teams ongoing revenue goals (i.e. if see an untapped opportunity - run with it) • Help execute lifecycle campaigns in collaboration with teams across marketing (Events, Field, ABM) as well as across the company: product, customer success, and sales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in various B2B Demand Gen, Growth or Lifecycle Marketing roles • Comfortable with Hubspot, and able to create and manage email segments, automation workflows, campaigns, forms, and integrations • Preferably experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Planhat, and other MarTech tools • Proven success developing ABM strategies to optimize lifecycle campaigns for our target accounts • Proficient planning optimization and growth experiments (terms like CTR, Open Rates, A/B Testing and Nurture Campaigns are a regular part of your vocabulary) • Analytical, data-driven, but trust your instincts approach to your work • Highly flexibility and comfortable navigating ambiguity • Desire to roll up your sleeves, execute, and create scalable processes within a growing company • Self-motivated, constantly seeking out ways to help the company with reach and efficiency • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
