📋 Description
• SuperAds is an AI-powered creative analytics platform that helps marketers decode what drives ad performance. • We’re looking for a Lead Data Software Engineer to architect, build, and scale the backend systems that power SuperAds. • In this role, you’ll own critical infrastructure, optimize large-scale data processing, and drive innovation in AI and SaaS. • This is an opportunity to shape the product at an early stage while enjoying the backing and stability of Superside.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a backend engineer, with a track record of building and scaling complex systems. • Expertise in Kotlin (or similar JVM languages like Java or Scala) for backend development. • Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, with experience in Kubernetes and AWS, preferred. • Familiarity with ETL processes and managing large-scale data pipelines. • Experience working with AI-powered systems and integrating ML models into production is a plus. • Deep knowledge of system performance optimization, distributed architecture, and database management. • Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams. • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and debugging tools (e.g., Datadog, OpenTracing). • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across engineering and product teams. • A growth mindset, with a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
