• Superside is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our world-class Revenue Operations team, specializing in marketing operations. • This role is instrumental in managing inbound processes, lead routing, automation workflows, and cross-functional alignment to support our marketing and sales funnel. • Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs. • If you thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and love optimizing marketing performance through automation and technology, this role is for you.
• 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations role, with a focus on marketing automation and lead management. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.). • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive execution. • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing data, attribution models, and reporting tools. • Experience with lead scoring, routing, and enrichment tools such as Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar. • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools, UTM tracking, etc.) is a plus. • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and drive execution.
