• Superside is looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. • In this pivotal role, you will leverage data to analyze business performance across key areas like sales, marketing, and revenue operations, helping to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes. • By working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in identifying what’s working, what’s not, and supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven insights. • If you’re passionate about using data to influence strategy and improve operations, this role will give you the opportunity to make a significant impact at Superside.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field) • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data tools such as Looker and Google Sheets • Experience building and maintaining data systems that track performance metrics and generate actionable reports. • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Experience collaborating with C-level executives and senior leaders, providing them with clear, accurate data insights to support business decisions • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to resolving data discrepancies and ensuring data integrity • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing strategic projects with urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
