• Lead the development of data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategies for B2B SaaS customers. • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn strategy into creative that performs. • Bring clarity to complex marketing challenges. • Help Superside scale its strategic influence across customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 6–8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, paid media, or brand positioning, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or agency environments. • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel dynamics, from demand creation to lead conversion. • Expertise in multi-channel strategies, including LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta and other B2B-relevant platforms. • Experience in brand and content strategy and messaging frameworks that differentiate brands in saturated or commoditized categories. • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize campaign data into actionable strategic insights. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams and customer stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a bias for ownership, clarity, and impact.
