• Superside is seeking a UI/UX Creative Team Lead to drive creative excellence and foster a collaborative team environment. • You’ll oversee the creative vision across Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design, while mentoring and managing a global team of UX/UI Designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences for top-tier brands like Meta, Amazon, and Google. • This is a chance to combine strategic design expertise with team leadership, shaping impactful projects and building a high-performing, engaged team.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with 3+ years in leadership • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, balancing individual growth and project success • A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in Websites, Landing Pages, Emails, Design Systems, and Product Design • Advanced proficiency in Figma and design tools, with the ability to guide workflows and mentor effectively • Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) for seamless design-to-development collaboration • Expertise in building scalable design systems and conducting UX/UI audits focused on accessibility and responsiveness • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma plugins) and a commitment to leveraging innovation for efficiency • Strong communication skills to articulate strategies, provide feedback, and collaborate effectively • Knowledge of platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify, with the ability to guide integrations • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to foster a collaborative, supportive team culture
