β€’ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. β€’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling. β€’ Leverage their LinkedIn network and use email marketing to secure appointments. β€’ Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and secure appointments for the sales team. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns. β€’ Research and target key decision-makers in businesses that could benefit from SuperStaff’s outsourcing solutions. β€’ Utilize email marketing strategies to increase appointment conversion rates. β€’ Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies. β€’ Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. β€’ Strong experience using LinkedIn for professional networking, with a minimum of 500+ connections. β€’ Experience with email marketing and using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools. β€’ Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and email etiquette. β€’ Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. β€’ Previous experience in outsourcing or B2B sales is a plus.
