Description

• As our first hire in solutions engineering, you'll have the opportunity to shape the function and grow into a leadership role as we scale. Your DIY mentality will be hugely impactful. Be scrappy and enthusiastic, and be relentless in helping customers get to success. • Work with Sales Teams and prospects on their evaluation and adoption of SuperTokens solutions. • Understand customer goals and how SuperTokens’s solution can address those needs. • Assist in the Sales process including technical discovery, technical demo, Proof of Concept (POC), RFP responses. • Deep technical discussions around APIs, SDKs, and security frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWTs). • Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback in order to relay to Product and Engineering teams. • Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends in the Identity and access management (IAM) space in general and authentication in particular. • Track and report key success metrics such as customer adoption rates, technical issue resolution time, and successful POCs.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space. • Previous software development experience. • Great oral and written communication skills. • Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail. • Obsessed with Solving Customer Problems. • Experience at our early-stage start-ups and ability/desire to wear many hats.
