Description

• Manage and mentor a team of frontend developers. • Conduct regular performance reviews. • Provide expert guidance on technical issues. • Collaborate with Designers, Managers, Backend Developers. • Review and improve Developers’ code. • Work on Proof of Concepts with Developers. • Set standards and guidelines for projects. • Communicate proactively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of professional frontend development OR a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience. • 2+ years in a frontend development leadership role. • 6+ years in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js. • 6+ years in JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, ReactJS. • 6+ years in Server-Side Rendering. • Understanding of RESTful services/APIs, asynchronous programming. • Experience with JS testing and monitoring tools. • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Vuex). • Experience with object storage services. • Translating prototypes into valid markup. • Cross-browser compatibility knowledge. • Experience with CSS pre-processing frameworks. • Knowledge of CMS systems like WordPress. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
