📋 Description
• SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Customer Experience team. • This role is essential for driving product launches for customer-facing solutions that enhance brand loyalty, retention, and revenue across our website and app. • Strong technical expertise and a strategic vision are required for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development or system integrations. • Hands-on experience working with developers and IT teams, including writing technical requirements and participating in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, data models, architecture). • Experience collaborating with UX designers, scaling design systems, and using tools like Figma. • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms, and experience in integrating these systems is a strong plus. • Experience with or exposure to full stack development and its associated frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, etc. • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate technical trade-offs and drive decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English.
