Description

• Creation and maintenance of Global Employer Branding’s content calendar across all external channels and platforms • Writing, proofreading, and editing all candidate-facing content on behalf of the SupportNinja brand • Interpreting technical information (social media insights and other data) into engaging content • Generating and presenting content ideas for social media and other candidate touchpoints to drive employer brand awareness and leads generation • Checking the quality of Video Profiles (VP) of candidates in terms of content and final edit • Creates copies (text on images and captions) for a wide variety of social media posts, flyers, posters, publications, and other types of collaterals for the company • Creates scripts for video content that can be released on a wide variety of platforms • Generates and presents content ideas for social media and other candidate touchpoints to drive • employer brand awareness and lead generation • Assists the Sr. Content Writer in crafting a marketing strategy for special campaigns and content plans for monthly engagement material • Does quality checks of video content and other collaterals and campaigns to ensure all branding guidelines and content quality are met • Engages with employees and secures their participation in employee-focused content • Works with the Talent Acquisition-Strategy Team and the Internal Communications Team to produce employee-targeted email blasts regarding Talent Acquisition programs • Checks the quality of video profiles (VP) of candidates in terms of content and final edit • Interprets technical information (social media insights and other data) into engaging content • Works on other special projects as assigned by the Sr. Content Writer • Responds to feedback from staff and adjusts communications and content accordingly • Attends out-of-office engagements (such as, but not limited to: photo shoots, video shoots etc.) as necessary • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, English, Communications, etc.) • At least 1 year of writing social content and press releases required • Related experience in writing for purposes of talent acquisition enablement • Background in handling outside PH clients/stakeholders (Global) • Excellent writing and editing skills in English • Basic research skills • Basic analytical skills in social media • Basic marketing strategy skills • Result orientation; proven track record of getting things done effectively and efficiently • Able to balance competing opinions and priorities • Presentation skills; written and verbal communication skills • Social Media Management (Community and Advertising) • Excellent English communication and writing skills • Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality • Highly skilled with change management and adaptability • Strong analytical and project organization skills • Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills; ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Must be willing to work onsite at the Sanctum, Quezon City or Hideout, Clark, Pampanga whenever needed • Must be willing to travel to other sites - Quezon City, Pampanga and Taguig (shuttle service provided)
