Description

• Regularly check security systems for abnormal activity • Identify vulnerabilities and apply patches • Respond to security incidents and breaches • Configure and manage security devices • Keep systems up-to-date with security patches and updates • Contribute to secure network architectures • Analyze security system logs • Monitor and manage antivirus and EDR solutions • Analyze phishing attempts and educate users • Enforce security policies and best practices • Maintain documentation related to network security • Stay informed about cybersecurity threats and best practices • Work closely with IT teams for holistic security approach • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of IT network and endpoint security experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with SOC/cybersecurity principles • Continuous learning and proactive approach to cyber threats • Strong communication skills • Flexible work schedule • Willingness to work onsite when necessary Nice-to-have: • Experience in call center environment • Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001 • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CEH
