Description

• Insurance Verification/Legal Confirmation Specialist will be responsible for submitting claims to insurance companies. • Perform corresponding follow-ups as needed. • Communicate with legal offices to confirm representation for patients.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or insurance-related role. • Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail. • Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills with patients and staff. • Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude essential. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Knowledge of bookkeeping, office functions and office software packages.
