Description

• SupportNinja helps fast-growing tech companies by providing around-the-clock outsourced support, lead generation, customer service and community management. • The Junior SEO Specialist will be responsible for assisting with developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience • At least 6 months experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with content management systems preferred • Experience with HTML/CSS preferred
