ā¢ Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers ā¢ Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customers ā¢ Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback
ā¢ At least 1 Year of Experience in SQL (Read and Write) ā¢ At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting) ā¢ Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals). ā¢ Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja. ā¢ Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. ā¢ Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty. ā¢ Familiarity with web app troubleshooting.
