Description

ā€¢ Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers ā€¢ Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customers ā€¢ Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback

Requirements

ā€¢ At least 1 Year of Experience in SQL (Read and Write) ā€¢ At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting) ā€¢ Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals). ā€¢ Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja. ā€¢ Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. ā€¢ Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty. ā€¢ Familiarity with web app troubleshooting.
