• Assist clients with holiday orders from home and provide equipment. • Provide support to members for billing and payment processing questions via inbound calls. • Provide timely and efficient follow-up on user questions or issues. • Champion the brand through excellent communication and brand awareness. • Maintain professionalism and establish rapport with every member. • Update member information in databases based on member needs. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policy changes.
• High School or GED Diploma (Required) • Call Center experience preferred, but not required • Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed • Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task • Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution • Customer service orientated • Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment • Must be able to think proactively and to collaborate effectively. • Must reside in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. • Must be willing to submit/pass background check.
