•Providing exceptional technical support via calls, emails, and chats •Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases •Working with cross-functional teams •Ensure customers' satisfaction •Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
•Excellent German and English (at least C1, written and verbal) •Basic technical knowledge of Intercom •Experience in technical support •Ability to work collaboratively in a team •Independent and proactive approach to work •Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
