Description

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish and English B2 level is a must • Basic technical understanding • Analytical and research skills • Self-management skills • Positive and responsible attitude • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) • Experience in customer service • Experience with CRM systems
