Description

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services • Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets • Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers • Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) • Proficiency in Excel • Experience in support or other technical customer-facing roles • Analytical and research skills • Positive and responsible attitude • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) • Proven knowledge in writing code (Python preferably) • Proficient in standard logistics software
