Description

• Add new tasks to the planning, move uncompleted tasks to the coming week; • Check the Asana inbox and ping everyone who didn’t finish the task, or moved the deadline and failed to provide a reason; • Manage general documentation for the team. Update documents as necessary; create appropriate tasks, and send reminders; • Take and manage meeting notes; • Make various requests, such as job openings and equipment, as assigned by the VP of Product; • Schedule meetings with the team as needed, including matching calendars, choosing the best time, and writing descriptions and agendas; • Manage emails with general requests and forward/ping to relevant people in the department.

Requirements

• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian • 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably an assistant of Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer or VP of Marketing • Good writing and communication skills in English (B2+) • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with the many different departments the VP of Product is involved with on a daily basis, and follow up on tasks completion • Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
