Description
• We’re building a helpdesk CRM that’s better than what’s out there. • We’re looking for a passionate Marketing Generalist to join our team. • You’ll be key in making SupportYourApp the go-to choice for companies wanting to improve their support services. • You’ll work closely with the VP of Product to help our teams test and grow our products. • This role is all about planning and quickly executing. • You should NOT be afraid to fail. • We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B, a clear vision, and the confidence to lead in this exciting challenge. • Develop and implement a successful marketing strategy for the product. • Plan and execute marketing budget. • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Build comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches. • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging based on market research results.
Requirements
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1); • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B tech industry or SaaS products; • Experience with US, EU markets; • Proven expertise in conducting market research, user behavior analysis, and developing winning positioning and messaging strategies; • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
