• We’re building a helpdesk CRM that’s better than what’s out there. • Looking for a passionate Marketing Generalist. • Key in making SupportYourApp the go-to choice for companies. • Work closely with the VP of Product to help our teams. • This role is all about planning and executing quickly. • Looking for a Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B. • Help reshape the future of customer support.
Requirements
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1). • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B tech industry or SaaS products. • Experience with US, EU markets. • Proven expertise in conducting market research, user behavior analysis, and developing winning positioning and messaging strategies. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
