We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator who will oversee and drive all aspects of projects within the IT Team (IT, DevOps, Security and Data Engineering).

Requirements

•At least 4 years of Project Management experience, preferably with IT infrastructure •College degree or trade school preferred, or equivalent work experience •Understanding of information technology and information security operations •Familiarity with SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001/2 or HIPPA processes •Experience leveraging tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Smartsheet, Office 365, Shortcut, Notion, Zoom, etc. •Ability to assist multiple stakeholders with their projects; incorporate and track inputs from across the team and interdepartmentally •Ability to communicate effectively with variety of personality types across the IT spectrum and find effective ways to assist in documenting project accomplishment •Demonstrated competence in key project management best practices: schedule construction and management, risk assessment/mitigation, change management, and predictive metrics •Encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of the team and processes •Comfortable working independently and being able to make decisions that add value to the business without direction. •Ability to travel to Los Angeles twice per year for in-person team collaboration •PMP certification, or equivalent certification, strongly preferred
