📋 Description

• Surglogs is an award-winning software solution digitizing and streamlining regulatory compliance for ambulatory surgery centers and healthcare facilities across the US. • We are looking for ambitious and passionate individuals who enjoy building relationships with clients to join our quickly growing team and lead the movement together! • As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Surglogs you are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our clients. • This starts by deeply understanding the customer’s priorities, followed by onboarding and training that ensures they are receiving value from Surglogs’ software. • The CSM is expected to educate their customers on new features and best practices, monitor utilization, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities. • This position requires extensive knowledge of Surglogs’ software and requires the individual to be able to adapt quickly to changes in processes as well as possess strong relationship building skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable experience in customer success, support, sales or account management. SaaS experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Be able to work independently and on a team • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Adaptable to new features and releases in software • Strong technical, product, and process-oriented thinking skills. • Masterful rapport building with clients in establishing strong long-lasting relationships. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Must be able to pass a background check
